CRS708高壓共軌試驗臺

本共軌系統試驗臺主機傳動采用變頻無級調速；集噴油泵試驗臺的完善技術和新型共軌的結合，實現共軌油泵油嘴的檢測。通過CR控制系統用戶可以設定控制參數，該機模擬ECU輸出燃油噴射控制信號，驅動共軌高壓泵和共軌噴油器協同工作。本控制系統的噴油器驅動信號脈寬及頻率可調；短路保護功能；可以實時測量軌道壓力，并具有高壓保護功能。

4、可自動生成電控共軌噴油器油量修正QRI碼。

5、可準確檢測高壓電控共軌泵的高壓供油能力，低壓進油計量閥、高壓共軌泵自帶輸油泵的吸油能力和供油壓力等。
